Social Media Policy and Code of Conduct

This Social Media Policy and Code of Conduct ("Policy") sets forth guidelines for the use of social media platforms by employees, contractors, and representatives of H2O Flow Canada Corp. ("the Company") in compliance with Canadian laws and regulations. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure responsible and professional conduct on social media platforms and to protect the Company's reputation. By engaging in social media activities on behalf of the Company, individuals are expected to adhere to this Policy.

  1. Personal Responsibility

    a. Individuals are responsible for their own social media activities and should be aware that their actions reflect on the Company.

    b. Personal social media accounts should be kept separate from professional accounts and clearly identified as personal views when expressing opinions.

  2. Confidentiality and Privacy

    a. Employees must not disclose confidential or proprietary information of the Company, its clients, or partners on social media platforms.

    b. Respect the privacy rights of colleagues, clients, and customers, and refrain from sharing personal or sensitive information without proper authorization.

  3. Professionalism and Respect

    a. Engage in respectful and courteous communication on social media platforms, avoiding derogatory, offensive, or discriminatory content.

    b. Refrain from engaging in any form of cyberbullying, harassment, or personal attacks.

    c. Be mindful of the impact of posts, comments, or shares on the Company's reputation.

  4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

    a. Individuals must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines when using social media platforms.

    b. Do not engage in any illegal activities or post content that promotes or encourages illegal conduct.

  5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

    a. Respect intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Do not use or distribute copyrighted materials without proper authorization.

  6. Endorsements and Sponsorships

    a. Clearly disclose any material connections or sponsorships when endorsing products, services, or organizations.

    b. Do not engage in deceptive practices or misrepresentation when promoting or endorsing any entity.

  7. Monitoring and Enforcement

    a. The Company reserves the right to monitor, review, and moderate social media activities conducted by employees or representatives on behalf of the Company..

    b. Violations of this Policy may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationship.

  8. Disclaimer

    a. Individual social media posts should include a disclaimer that the views expressed are personal and do not represent the views of the Company unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By using social media platforms on behalf of the Company, individuals acknowledge their understanding and agreement to comply with this Policy. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
